A postman who thought he was going to die after being savaged by a German Shepherd has been awarded €103,000.
Mr McCreary sued the dog owner as he claimed there was a failure to ensure a person visiting the premises was not attacked by the dog and a failure to adequately or at all deal with previous concerns of Mr McCreary with regard to the dog.
