A mother who is pleading for a licence for medicinal cannabis for her sick toddler who suffers from seizures plans to climb Croagh Patrick this Sunday in order to highlight her plight.
Michael O’Neill, who will be two at the end of August, has a neurological condition called bilateral frontal polymicrogyric.
As a result he has experienced severe seizures which are currently reduced to spasms via the use of CBD oil.
